To use Find/Replace function:

Step 1. At Cue Data window, click Enable Editing button while in Cue view. (Spreadsheet fields will turn red to

indicate that editing is enabled.)

Step 2. Make edits in ONE ROW that is to be the "template row" for the replace. (The fact that a cell in this row has

been changed flags its columns as those that will be used for the replace.)

Step 3. In Template Row, select cells (columns) to be used as the search pattern (this is based on the pre-edit

values of these cells).

Step 4. Click Find/Replace button.

Step 5. At Find/Replace window, select options for the data to change and the channels and cues to search in, as

well as, whether or not to save a copy of the show file first before the replace.

Step 6. Click OK. Replacements will be made in the spreadsheet. (It may take a few seconds for everything to

change if the show file is large.)
